Executive Assistant/Business Consulting Coordinator

What you’ll be doing:

  • Manage client relationships and serve as the point for client communication
  • Assist the Owner and Sales Staff with their calendar: schedule meetings and sales calls
  • Review, respond to, and/or distribute daily emails from the Owner
  • Travel to and coordinate trade shows across the US, manage booth and build client relationships
  • Assist during business consulting meetings (great opportunity to learn)
  • Create, film, and publish social media content
  • Create and send client contracts
  • Book all travel reservations and track receipts
  • Organize and manage document library in Google Drive
  • Manage learning management system; update content, track sales
  • Create process documents and training materials
  • Provide personal assistance to owner for daily tasks
  • Develop resources and toolkits for clients
  • Run recruiting campaigns upon completing in-house training
  • Prepare presentations and training materials for Owner to deliver

What you’ll bring

  • 2 years of administrative and/or executive support experience (preferred, not required)
  • 1-3 years of combined human resources, training development, and/or recruiting experience (preferred, not required)
  • Experience writing policies and procedures, (preferred, not required)
  • Excellent verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Tech savvy with the ability to learn new technology quickly
  • Ability to travel up to 30% of the time

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $38,000.00 – $42,000.00 per year
