Project Coordinator ***$1,000.00 Sign-On Bonus****

Thomas Sign & Awning is looking for a Project Coordinator to join our team as we grow.  The Project Coordinator will work directly with the sales team and the project manager to ensure customer satisfaction and oversee the completion of projects.

Job Description

  • Assist project manager with various projects, from sale through completed installations. 
  • Provide support to project managers on multi-location projects.  
  • Communicate with customers and respond to inquiries regarding products and services.        
  • Assist Project Manager with tracking the status of projects and communicating with both customers and internal personnel.  
  • Communicate with subcontractors and service technicians in remote locations, as needed.
  • Coordinate with appropriate departments to ensure customer satisfaction. 
  • Provide excellent customer service in a highly professional manner. 


  • High level of communication skills, with professional telephone voice
  • Experience in the sign industry or related field of manufacturing or construction preferred.
  • Computer skills, preferably Windows XP and MS Office including Access, Adobe and SmartSheet
  • Well organized and efficient
  • Ability to analyze a variety of situations and effectively solve problems
  • Assist with coordination of many projects simultaneously
  • Able to build solid “partner” relationships with Project Manager, customers and subcontractors.
