Marketing Manager and Administrative Assistant
This role is a multi-faceted role fit for a candidate in a Marketing field, preferably with Multi-Family Industry experience or in a marketing or communications role paired with experience with website design software, Adobe, Photoshop, Illustrator and/or an executive support role is required.
The ideal candidate will have worked in a marketing role with experience as a social media manager, website design, event coordinator or as an Administrative Assistant. This person will wear multiple hats yet primarily manage the marketing aspects for the company and provide support to the company executives or fellow teammates as may be broadly defined.
Job Requirements
Essential Functions
- Accountable for content creation and maintenance of promotional materials and collateral for Multi Family and Commercial properties throughout the portfolio
- Website design through GoDaddy, Soci and RentCafe Site Manager
- Yardi software preferred
- Managing project timelines – numerous tasks and projects must be completed on time
- Devise comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company and communities objectives to increase occupancy rates and retain residents.
- Create, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, social media, etc.) to drive leads and conversions.
- Event Planning and Coordination to include set-up, attendance and take-down
- Oversee the properties online presence, including website content, social media accounts, and online listings, ensuring accurate and compelling information to attract potential residents.
- Responsible for the creative development and execution of brand and marketing strategies to drive brand awareness
- Develop engaging and relevant content for marketing materials, advertisements, social media posts, newsletters, and other promotional materials.
- Develops promotional marketing materials using footage and photography into virtual tours, videos, and print materials
- Utilize analytics tools to track performance metrics, generate reports, and derive actionable insights to enhance marketing strategies.
- Manage marketing budgets effectively, allocate resources efficiently, and track expenditures to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Work closely with property management teams, leasing agents, and external vendors/agencies to ensure marketing strategies are aligned with property goals.
- Assist with project management, event coordination, and market analysis.
- Prepare financials for review.
- Assist in proactive management and oversight.
- Audit files and perform operational tasks.
- Support special projects and initiatives as assigned.
- Provide support to Human Resources, Helpdesk (Pre-Close and Close), and Executive Staff.

- Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- 2 – 4 years of marketing or equivalent experience
- Familiarity with multi-family and commercial real-estate
- Experience as an assistant or administrative professional
- Knowledge of MS Office especially Word, EXCEL (intermediate level user), Power Point and most especially MS Outlook
- Ability to Organize and manage assigned projects toward targeted results and completion
- Initiative-taker who seizes the opportunity to solve problems and self-starts more rather awaiting direction and guidance from management on routine projects that arise from time to time
- Strong work ethic who operates with an unquestioned degree of honor, integrity, confidentiality, and commitment to get the job done.
- Recognition of one’s own skill set deficiency as the position evolves and desire to voluntarily request training, guidance, knowledge to fully meet the demands of the position.
- Coachable- willing to receive feedback and quickly correct course as needed.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail in composing and proofing content and materials
- High level of enthusiasm to complete the work and be part of a growing company
- Strong computer related skills
Education and Technical Requirements
- Experience with design software, particularly Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator, GoDaddy, WordPress, and or Yardi.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
