Office Manager
Responsibilities:
- Assist in day-to-day operations, ensuring a well-organized and efficient office environment.
- Organize and maintain schedules for new construction jobs, including timelines, project deliverables, and resource allocation.
- Serve as a liaison between the office, construction crews, and clients to ensure clear communication and updates.
- Manage administrative tasks such as filing, invoicing, and maintaining records for ongoing and completed projects.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Oversee the preparation and submission of permits, licenses, and other necessary documentation for construction projects.
- Monitor project progress and alert management to any delays or issues requiring attention.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Support management with any additional tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in office management, administration, or a related field (construction industry experience is a plus).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
- Ability to work independently and handle a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with construction terminology and processes is a bonus.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: From $750.00 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
