Full Job Description
Private residence seeking a maintenance and repair person to work 2 days per week. Task include grounds keeping of a large property including mowing, trimming of bushes, Basic repairs or coordination of repairs to home and property as needed. Pressure washing, exterior window cleaning, assembly of products for home owner, maintenance of some small farm animals including their housing. 2 days each week must be during weekdays 8 am to 3 pm. Must have an absolutely clean background with no arrest history. Will need to pass a background check.
