Position Summary
CLI Solutions is seeking an experienced Program Manager to oversee and manage Army North’s interpretation and translation services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient program execution, quality control, compliance with contractual requirements, and effective team leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of Army North’s interpretation and translation services program.
- Supervise and coordinate linguists and interpreters, ensuring service quality and compliance with contract terms.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Army North stakeholders and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement operational plans to meet contract deliverables.
- Monitor performance metrics and ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets.
- Conduct regular program evaluations and implement continuous improvement strategies.
- Ensure compliance with government and company policies, including security and confidentiality protocols.
- Prepare and submit required reports and documentation including but not limited to Travel Estimates, Daily Status Reports, Expenditure Reports, Monthly Report, Annual Report, and OPSEC training.
- Have the ability to assist with Business Development processes to acquire additional contracts for CLI Solutions including but not limited to daily viewings of contract offerings on GSA, SAM.gov, and BidSpeed, Proposal Reviews, Pricing Narratives, and team building with other contractors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Linguistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of program or project management experience, preferably in government contracts or language services.
- Experience managing interpretation and translation teams is highly desirable.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of Army North operations and government contract management is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
- Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a security clearance if required.
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification.
- Experience working with the Department of Defense or military operations.
