Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee various projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in project management methodologies and demonstrate exceptional leadership skills. This role requires the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining quality standards. The Project Manager will oversee the entire bidding process for projects, including developing detailed cost estimates, analyzing project plans and specifications, gathering quotes, and ultimately preparing competitive bids to secure new business, while also managing the transition of successful bids into full-fledged projects once awarded.
Responsibilities
- Lead project planning sessions to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop comprehensive project plans that outline tasks, timelines, resources, and budgets.
- Monitor project progress and performance, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
- Facilitate communication among team members, vendors, and clients to ensure alignment and transparency.
- Manage conflicts effectively to maintain a positive working environment.
- Oversee product processes from obtaining quotes through delivery, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
- Conduct requirements analysis to gather necessary information for successful project outcomes.
- Prepare technical documentation and reports that clearly communicate project status and results.
Skills
- Proficiency in managing large-scale projects.

- Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide diverse teams.
- Experience in Undergound Utilities.
- Ability to perform technical writing tasks for clear documentation of processes and procedures.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
