We are currently seeking a motivated Part-Time Real Estate Paralegal who is eager to grow and potentially transition into a full-time role.
The successful candidate will be proficient in real estate law and have hands-on experience with title/escrow. Knowledge of probate law is a valuable asset but not a prerequisite. This role will require a high level of organization and the ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks while maintaining excellent service for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform real estate law, title and escrow work.
Assist with the drafting and reviewing of legal documents within real estate law.
Investigate facts to assist in the negotiation of legal disputes.
Coordinate the closing process, liaising with attorneys, agents, lenders, and brokers.
Carry out other paralegal responsibilities as needed.
Qualifications:
Must have previously worked for an attorney.
Knowledge of Qualia is required. Familiarity with Filevine is a plus.
Demonstrated experience in commercial and residential closings.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of service.
