Maximize portfolio value and investment returns – Financial modeling experience required.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Underwriting
- Asset Management
- Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) experience
- Ensure the portfolio’s returns are maximized.
- Analyze IRR on potential Deals
- Waterfall financial models
- Communicate with investors & clients
- Extensive Financial Modeling via Excel.
- Lease & Data Analysis
- Analyze Investment viability of potential deals.
- Reduce variances & limit liability exposure.
- Sourcing of Potential Deals
- Assessing target Acquisitions
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics or Business.
- Understanding of Real Estate Loans and Capital Structure.
- Previous underwriting experience or knowledge preferred.
- 0-2 years of experience
- Must have Strong/Advanced Excel Skills,
