Summary & To Apply: PINELLAS COUNTY Government: Assistant County Attorney I or II. The Pinellas County Attorney’s Office seeks an attorney to provide legal guidance and transactional support to Pinellas County government officials, agencies, departments, and boards, and other legal representation as assigned. The successful candidate may be assigned multiple diverse clients, including Safety & Emergency Services, departments in the office of the Clerk of Circuit Court, and governmental advisory boards. Experience in general local government representation, medical billing, HIPAA, and representation of a Clerk of Court or other constitutional officer is preferred.

Minimum qualifications include admission to The Florida Bar, and up to 4 years of experience for Assistant County Attorney 1 ($78,790.40 – $123,011.20). Candidates with at least 5 years of relevant experience may be considered for the Assistant County Attorney 2 position ($102,606.40 – $160,180.80). Salary and title will depend on qualifications.
