PINELLAS COUNTY Government: Assistant County Attorney I. The Pinellas County Attorney’s Office seeks an attorney to represent Pinellas County government officials, departments, boards and programs, with an emphasis on enforcement. This position will provide legal guidance and transactional support to multiple County clients and boards, including in areas related to code enforcement, construction licensing, and building permitting, and is anticipated to include representation of the County in regular quasi-judicial hearings and civil litigation and appeals as well as providing other legal representation as assigned. Minimum qualifications include admission to The Florida Bar.
