As a APM you’ll be playing a critical role in the success of our company by having direct input and interaction with the success of new construction projects. As a APM you’ll have the opportunity to:
● Directly participate in the pre-construction phase of some amazing new construction projects.
● Play an active role in project budgeting by reviewing, reconciling, and approving vendor and contractor invoices, reviewing and analyzing financial statements and spending, and reporting on your findings.
● Prioritize tasks in order to adhere to project schedules.
● Tracking work being performed on construction projects by contractors, vendors, and internal resources.
● Assist in assigning roles to construction team members on new projects.
● Communicate with key partners and business leaders, allowing you to foster relationships and grow your career.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 – $105,000.00 per year
