The general responsibility of the Corporate Real Estate Manager is to directly assist the Property Administration services team in directing and coordinating on and off-site commercial property management activities. Ensures the efficient operation of the properties in our portfolio by providing the highest level of professionalism and client/tenant service while controlling expenses and limiting client and company risk. Responsible for overall property management operations for a portfolio in accordance with company policies, procedures, and standards. The individual should possess knowledge and skills in corporate real estate with extensive emphasis on landlord/tenant service.

REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor of Arts/Science degree from an accredited college or university required.
  • 3 – 5 years of experience in corporate/retail real estate required.
  • Proficient in lease review and negotiation process.
  • Requires strong attention to detail, ability to prioritize work, flexibility, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

  • Ability to move freely (standing, stooping, walking, bending, climbing, pushing and pulling) and lift up to a maximum of twenty-five (25) pounds without assistance.
  • Must be able to sit for extended periods of time.
  • Must be able to read, write, speak and type English.
  • Must be able to hear and use a telephone.
  • Use of computer requires repetitive keystrokes.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

  • Hybrid (office and remote) work environment. Reports to Grow HQ in Tampa, FL
  • Sedentary role.
  • Local travel (with occasional overnight stay) to other Grow locations on a routine basis and as needed.
  • Travel out-of-state via airplane approximately one week every six months.
