Job Description:

The Executive Assistant role with Everything Outdoors is a unique position. The purpose of the Executive Assistant role at Everything Outdoors is to provide excellent and reliable support to the owner. We are looking for someone with a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and pride in their work. This role requires someone that is able to work well with others and handle stressful situations with a calm and collective demeanor. You must be able to problem solve and improvise when necessary. This position requires someone who works well with multiple deadline driven responsibilities, ability to multitask, and communicate effectively on workload and changing priorities. Accuracy and attention to detail, as well as strong skills in Microsoft

Office, are a must.

Areas of responsibility include but are not limited to:

● Vendor Relations and material procurement● Payroll Processing and human resources contact● Answering the office line, communicating client requests● Recordkeeping; filing and data entry

● Collecting and analyzing data using Microsoft Excel● Accounting Software● Researching and compiling data● Accounts Receivable as needed● Other office duties as assigned

● Microsoft Excel● Payroll Processing● Prior Industry Knowledge● Graphic Design● Customer Relations● HR experience● Organization● Effective communicator

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $600.00 – $1,000.00 per week

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Microsoft Powerpoint: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Microsoft Excel: 1 year (Preferred)
