Job Description

In this role, you can expect to:

  • Provide executive level administrative support to the Regional President, VP of Development, VP of Construction, and other executives as needed
  • Proactively manage calendars, emails, calls, and other correspondence for leaders, including scheduling meetings, creating materials, compiling monthly reports, etc.
  • Anticipate challenges and conflicting priorities and help the team navigate through these challenges in a proactive fashion
  • Manage and plan domestic travel, meetings and events for the Southeast Region’s Leadership Team
  • Support recurring meetings with preparing and updating documents that require multiple team members input, summarizing meeting minutes and action items, etc.
  • Carry out assignments under pressure with short deadlines and frequent interruptions
  • Maintain and create close working relationships with senior executives, organizational peers, and staff members, both internally and externally
  • Support senior leadership with assignment timelines and follow through
  • Be in the office Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm
  • Executive Assistant will also serve as the primary backup to the Receptionist

  • Are proficient with Microsoft Office and can quickly become fluent with new technologies
  • Have strong customer service skills, along with both verbal and written communications skills
  • Are self-motivated and can work well in a team environment
  • Bring a demonstrated track record of handling confidential information appropriately
  • Excel at developing and maintaining excellent working relationships with others
  • Resolve issues effectively and demonstrate sound judgement in decision-making
  • Are a learner, open, honest, and collaborative
