About the position we are looking to fill…

We are looking for a full-time Executive Assistant to join our team. As the Executive Assistant to the President, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive support and will work directly with the President.

The scope of the role will include a full range of administrative business and personal support to leverage and maximize his productivity. This position is dynamic and requires the ability to anticipate needs, think critically and offer solutions to problems with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

The Executive Assistant must independently navigate and adeptly handle a variety of interpersonal interactions and proactively anticipate and resolve the needs of the President and his management team while creating a smooth operational atmosphere around them.

Preferred Education, Experience and Abilities…

  • Education – Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a similar course of study.
  • Outstanding verbal, oral and written communication skills.
  • Tech-savvy with high proficiency in Microsoft Office and other media software.
  • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving and research skills.
  • Must be able to anticipate issues and identify resolutions in a timely manner.
  • Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-Starter, high-achiever and able to take on new tasks.
  • Strategically prioritizing meetings and tasks in a proactive manner.
  • Superior organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop solid relationships and work collaboratively with all levels of individuals inside and outside of the company.
  • Capacity to switch tasks and priorities at a moment’s notice.
  • Must be able to travel at least once per month with overnight stays.

Pay: $50,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
