The purpose of this role is to providing high-level administrative support for two executives within there personal life and organization. You will be responsible for A wide range of duties, often acting as a gatekeeper, organizer, and liaison between the executives and their vendors.

  • Maintaining and updating the executive’s calendar, contacts, spreadsheets and other important documents.
  • Organizing and scheduling appointments, meetings, and presentations.
  • Coordinating complex and detailed travel arrangements/itinerary management.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to finding and proposing solutions to challenges.
  • Conducting research and providing up to date/accurate information and recommendations to the executive.
  • Ability to multi-task and keep track of several projects in parallel to excellent oral and written communication, with attentive listening abilities.
  • Handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Acting as a liaison between the employer and other staff members, clients, and vendors.
  • Managing budgets and expenses, including tracking receipts and submitting expense reports.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively across different teams and cultures, strong relationship building skills and service-oriented attitude.
  • Coordinating high level events, such as conferences, banquets, and business dinners.
  • Assisting with personal tasks such as managing household staff, home projects, and paying bills.
  • Running errands and performing various tasks as requested by the executive.


The ideal candidate for this position should be an individual that possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while being highly organized and detail oriented. They should also obtain a strong work ethic and have the ability multitask effectively in varying fast-paced environments. Additionally, they should be proficient in the use of software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
