REMOTE International Tax Manager

This role will include providing international tax consulting and compliance services to clients across various industries including, but not limited to, manufacturing and distribution, technology and media communications, life sciences, financial services, and private equity.
You will be responsible for researching international tax issues and opportunities; leading and coordinating the tax services of member firms when consulted; leading, supervising, and reviewing the preparation of all forms and disclosures in connection with the international compliance practice; and managing a team with expertise in international taxation.

What You Will Be Doing
Responsibilities:
– Develop and present tax planning strategies for multinational corporations to client executives
– Facilitate the implementation of International Tax projects including identifying, understanding, communicating and leading projects from inception to completion.
– Collaborate with individuals within other tax delivery units and Crowe Global to provide an exceptional client experience.
– Develop a high performing team of professionals with expertise in international taxation.
What You Need for this Position
– Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
– Masters in taxation or LLM preferred.
– CPA sought
– Strong expertise in international tax with inbound and outbound foreign investment including, but not limited to, earnings and profits, Subpart F, GILTI, FDII, BEAT, foreign tax credit calculations, IC-DISC’s, and international reporting and compliance matters.
– Strong engagement and staff management skills.
– Public accounting experience required
– Strong organizational and management skills.
– Excellent oral and written communication skills.
– Strong social and collaboration skills with the ability to interact with all levels of client management, referral sources and other professionals.
