Robert Half is partnering with a well-known Florida law firm that is hiring a litigation defense paralegal with 5+ years for its Miami office. This position can be hybrid or fully remote (candidate will reside in the State of Florida). Job duties include:
• Assist with discovery and document production in litigation cases.
• Draft subpoenas.
• Interview fact witnesses, coordinate depositions, mediations, and site inspections.
• Analyze medical records and draft medical summaries/chronologies.
