What You Will Be Doing

  • Creation and delivery of monthly owner billings
  • You will review and prepare documents required for timely payment of billing and invoices, supporting project financial reviews and communicating cost over-runs to the appropriate functions.
  • Coordination of all project’s costs from invoice to payment
  • Maintains records of financial transactions for each project; including budgets, contract amounts,purchase orders, change orders, invoices, pay applications, etc.
  • AR/AP
  • Manage all subcontractor requirements including Insurance and Releases
  • Assist owners with contracts, change orders, NTO log and close outs
  • You will be required to clearly and professionally communicate with various team members including the Project Management, Subcontractors, Owners, Architects and other Business vendors.
  • Bid Coordination
  • Assist with permitting
  • Various other administrative duties

What Is Preferred For This Position

  • Associates degree or equivalent experience
  • QuickBooks or other accounting software experience
  • Procore, Coconstruct or other project management software experience
  • Experience with AIA documents, Lien Waivers, etc

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 – $62,000.00 per year
