Project Controls Manager
POSITION SUMMARY: Project Controls Manager is responsible for assisting
in the general administration of all Manhattan project controls practices
and policies. In this role, the Project Controls is responsible for assisting
in the maintenance of the operating platform for Manhattan and ensuring all
projects embrace and incorporate new and existing operational guidelines into
everyday performance. This position requires business management acumen and
must demonstrate strong leadership, organizational and time management skills, as well as have strong communication and customer service skills.
MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist in training Operations personnel for implementation of Manhattan standards and policies Provides training to enable project teams to operate in accordance with company standards Provides operational support to the Project Directors and Project Teams Monitor Key Performance Indicators Monitor software standards and training for company Project Management System Administration Manage standards for general conditions, cash flow tracking, and schedule standards Participates in monthly project reviews to ensure that projects remain compliant Assist in the review and potential rollout new software Other duties as assigned

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor’s Degree- Construction Management, Engineering, Business, Accounting, Math or equivalent3 years of industry experience
