Workway is a professional staffing firm, working with organizations across the country to place exceptional candidates. We are looking for an Property Preservation Coordinator responsible for coordinating a variety of services within the property preservation process.
Your specific duties may include:
- Handle both pre and post-sale services such as lockouts, evictions, and trash outs.
- Communicating with vendors to ensure services are completed correctly and timely.
- Reviewing photos for quality assurance and completion.
- Interact directly with the client in a professional manner regarding general and specific inquiries.
- Utilize multiple data bases and software programs to assist in performing & completing day to day job duties.
- Convey properties to HUD standards for later sale.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Specific qualifications for the position include:
- Professional demeanour.
- Ability to quickly learn proprietary software.
- Ability to prioritize and effectively manage daily workload.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office productivity software including Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
