Our Firm’s Back Story – (Why we do what we do & Why you’d want to work here):
Hi, my name is estate planning attorney Elliott Feldman. I’m the owner of the Elliott Feldman Law Group,
which is a boutique law firm that serves clients in all counties across the state of Florida and Ohio,
virtually over Zoom from the comfort the clients’ homes.
We focus 100% on building comprehensive estate plans for our clients
in order to keep their family out of court and conflict should something happen to them.
This will include revocable living trusts, wills, powers of attorney, advanced health care directives, living wills,
as well as, actually helping our clients fund their plans so they work (crazy thought right?).
Why do I care / Why does our firm only do estate planning?
My dad died when I was 7.
He had an estate plan in place –– including a trust.
But my mom – STILL – had to go through almost ~3 years in probate court
and had to pay $55,000 by the end of it.
All because dad – like my most people – got a trust that no one helped him to fund so it would avoid probate
I figured it was always malpractice on his attorney’s part
turns out — it was COMMON PRACTICE.
Because most traditional estate planning law firms do NOT
have good systems in place to support clients to create estate plans that actually work
when the client’s family needs it most.
That’s why I created the Elliott Feldman Law Group,
to make sure no other family has to suffer what mom suffered
by simply creating estate plans that ACTUALLY WORK when
our clients’ loved ones need it most – AND to provide the best client experience while doing so
– THAT’S WHERE YOU COME IN –
You will be tasked to support me on my mission so we can save more
families throughout Florida & Ohio by creating estate plans that actually work.
Your Responsibilities:
- Prep Prospective Client folders for Attorney to help Attorney Prep for Consults
- Onboard Clients with pre-built onboarding communication
- Hire Notaries for Client’s Signing Meeting
- Draft All Estate Planning Documents based on client-provided data for Attorney To Review
- Print & Build & Sicker Signing Meeting Binders & Ship them via Firm FedEx account to Client’s Signing Meeting
- Meet with Clients on Zoom at their Signing Meetings to monitor proper execution
- Upon Receipt of Binders back from Client, Scan Signed Copies into our system, put on USB, then Ship back binders to Client’s home
- Handle any trust funding questions from clients after signing meeting
- Meet with Clients on Zoom at Funding Accountability meeting (post estate plan signing meeting) to check in on funding progress
- Support attorney with post-online presentation tasks and with prospect follow up.

Qualifications You’ll Need To Apply:
- 3 years experience as an ESTATE & TRUST paralegal (creating revocable trusts and wills and comprehensive estate plans) is a MUST
- Yes, you can ask questions. Yes we’re willing to train you up. But we need you to have a working knowledge this practice area of estate and trusts
- You MUST have good project management skills (ie you need to be able to keep to a calendar)
- Must be able to watch training videos and learn from them
- Must already have a professional virtual home office
- Must have a reliable Black and Color Printer
- Must have Computer with Front Facing camera to be able to meet clients on Zoom
- Must have high volume Scanner (like Scan Snap) to scan signed copies
- Must be willing to have client-facing meetings (we’re not looking for just a drafter)
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
Compensation:
$45,00–52,800 annual salary
Potential for benefits package would be discussed at interview.
