2 Positions Available: : Human Resources Manager & Human Resources Assistant. Information below.

 

Human Resources Manager

*  5 + years relevant work experience in Human Resources with the last 2 years as a Human Resources Manager.
*  Provide guidance to Employees on Company benefits including: health and wellness, FSA, 401(k), etc.
*  Administer Company’s Leave programs including FMLA, Short and Long Term Disability, etc.
*  Manage Talent Acquisition/Recruiting process for Business Units.
*  Conduct onboarding and new hire orientation for new employees into the organization.
*  Must be equally skilled in both HR Operations (employee relations, performance management, training AND recruitment)
*  Able to serve as a change agent and catalyst to implement new programs
*  Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline or equivalent work experience
*  PHR certification a plus
*  Proficient in Microsoft Office

 

Human Resources Assistant

*  Supports HR Coordinator and HR Manager with HR clerical duties including: following up with candidates who applied to open positions, HR communications, and HR reports, as requested.
*  Previous office reception, clerical, administrative experience preferred.
*  1 to 3 years of administrate / office experience. HR Assistant
*  Previous experience assisting in office coordination with supplies and work orders desired.
*  0 to 2 years’ entry level HR experience.
*  Basic experience with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Word.
*  High School Diploma or equivalent, Associates degree in related discipline preferred.
