1. Data Systems Analysts, Inc. is seeking a Program Manager to manage a team of developers in support of the United States Pacific Command (HQ USPACOM). The team will be performing full SDLC including business application analysis, requirement specification, software design, development, implementation and integration. business application analysis, requirement specification, software design, development implementation and integration, testing, deployment, maintenance, documentation throughout the software development lifecycle, graphic design, application user support and training, and quality assurance on the Secret Internet Protocol Router Network (SIPRNet), Non-classified Internet Protocol Router Network (NIPRNet), and the Collaborative Enterprise Regional Information Exchange – Japan (CENTRIX-J) and Logistics Common Operating Picture applications.
This position is located in Honolulu HI and other locations throughout Oahu.
Requirements:
- PMP Certification
- Experience in leading a group of Software Developers/Engineers
- Experience in Agile software development, especially Scrum
- Experience in delivering software projects
- DoD experience
- Experience with JAVA preferred
- Secret clearance or ability to obtain Secret clearance is Required
