Job Description:
Serves as a principal link between the company and its high value residential customers.
Receive numerous contacts each day and ensure customer satisfaction and revenue growth through the sales of advanced products and services.
Customer transactions focus on new service orders, moves and changes, but also include disconnects, billing adjustments, inquiries, arrangements, and solving customer problems.

Responsibilities: 
Customer Contact Sales Associate for our Sales Center of Excellence will work in a fast-paced call center environment ensuring customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
Retain customers by ensuring they have the right product or service offerings. Identify cause of customer concerns and recommend solutions. Customer contact is generally by telephone while conversing with the customer.

Qualifications:
One year of Sales and Customer Service experience within the last five years.
Ability to navigate through multiple online systems while speaking to customers.
College degree in one of the following area is not required, but preferred:

Business Management, Business Administration, Communications, Corporate Communications, Humanities, Marketing, Psychology, Sociology.  Must be willing to work regularly scheduled shifts including day, evening, night, weekend, and holiday shift assignments to facilitate coverage in the center.

The center is open during the hours listed below:
8am-9pm (Mon-Fri); 9am-6pm (Sat)
Pay is hourly rate of $10.97 – $21.95 plus commission (70% Base 30% Commission). Wage credit may be granted for related experience and/or college degree. Pre-employment testing required.
