Headquartered in Chicago with a national footprint, this firm is repositioning itself for substantial growth in the rapidly changing healthcare environment. They partner with provider clients to drive greater efficiencies from their operations and better serve their patients.

As the company strives to prepare its clients for the changing dynamics of the healthcare industry, particularly the challenges and opportunities presented by the shift to value-based reimbursement, an immediate need has arisen for a permanent Executive VP of Sales/Chief Sales Officer to:

  • Help refine the vision and drive the development of business strategies and plans to grow revenue and build the infrastructure of the Sales organization
  • Lead efforts to reposition the company in the marketplace and increase sales effectiveness, with a focus on aligning the service offerings with the company’s business objectives and market demands
  • Create a long-term strategy for acquisition and development of new large scale clients and revenue growth with existing clients
  • Direct and manage the execution of sales best practices to drive desired outcomes, including superior customer satisfaction
  • Work closely with the Executive team to develop, promote, and build the value of the organization
Requirements:
  • Experience building and developing high performing sales teams, and integrating sales best practices
  • Demonstrated track record delivering high value, enterprise solutions and professional services
  • Entrepreneurial, high-energy demeanor with experience and accomplishment in a repositioning scenario
  • Deep knowledge of revenue cycle management, physician advisory, and population health within the healthcare delivery environment
  • Meaningful relationships with the C-Suite at provider organizations
  • Proven effectiveness working with all stakeholders in the provider organization that impact enterprise wide decisions and installations
  • An ideal candidate profile might be a business development partner at a large consulting firm, or a sales executive for a healthcare solutions provider such as Siemens Healthcare, GE Healthcare, Athenahealth, or similar firm
