SARASOTA — A $1.1 billion Texas-based call center giant with 70 locations worldwide plans to hire at least 350 people through December for its Sarasota office.
The company, Plano, Texas-based Expert Global Solutions, seeks people to fill customer support positions that serve multiple clients via phone and email, according to a statement. EGS call center employees handle a variety of tasks, from answering product-related questions and providing technical support to up-selling and cross-selling, the statement adds. EGS employees also handle financial functions, including accounts receivable management.
