Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and flexible Secretary/Personal Assistant to join our team. We are a small-but-growing General Contracting Company based in Tampa, FL.

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining a professional and business-like demeanor
  • Sending communications on behalf of other employees
  • Communicating with other employees to schedule meetings and events
  • Alerting other employees to important communications
  • Preparing reports, presentations, or documents
  • General office management and administrative tasks

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree
  • 1 year experience in an administrative position
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications
  • Competence and comfort using office equipment/systems (printers, scanners, Outlook, etc.)

Preferences

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3 years experience in an administrative position
  • Basic understanding of bookkeeping/finance
  • BI- OR MULTILINGUAL (English/Spanish preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
