Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and flexible Secretary/Personal Assistant to join our team. We are a small-but-growing General Contracting Company based in Tampa, FL.
Responsibilities
- Maintaining a professional and business-like demeanor
- Sending communications on behalf of other employees
- Communicating with other employees to schedule meetings and events
- Alerting other employees to important communications
- Preparing reports, presentations, or documents
- General office management and administrative tasks
Requirements
- Associate’s degree
- 1 year experience in an administrative position
- Excellent written and verbal communication; strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications
- Competence and comfort using office equipment/systems (printers, scanners, Outlook, etc.)
Preferences
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 3 years experience in an administrative position
- Basic understanding of bookkeeping/finance
- BI- OR MULTILINGUAL (English/Spanish preferred)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
