Our client, a medium-sized commercial construction company seeking a dedicated project manager for mid-size commercial projects. This is primarily an office job with regular field visits and is geared towards someone with excellent command over technology as well as an excellent understanding of construction.

You’ll get significant responsibility to run jobs, manage subcontractors, and work directly with clients. We offer partial work-from-home arrangements but would prefer that you are in our Dunedin office a minimum of 3 days per week.

Responsibilities
Day to day job coordination (subcontractor scheduling) Problem-solving documentation skills
Submittal shop drawing review
Basic technical comprehension of all trades
Understanding of plans, permitting, Geotech reports, layout, etc. Great communication skills
Tools are not required as part of this position, but you must have your own vehicle. We will consider out-of-state candidates
Qualifications
Experienced with both horizontal and vertical construction work College degree preferred but not mandatory
Commercial construction experience required
Computer-savvy – this is primarily an office job
Flexible schedule within reason. Night jobs or weekend work is very infrequent but may sometimes be required
EDUCATION
MUST HAVE A 4 YEAR COLLEGE DEGREE and 10+ years of experience who do not have a degree.
