Real Estate Office Manager/Recruiter

Boutique real estate office located in coastal Florida area is looking for a candidate who has some real estate experience. Must be driven, self-motivated, disciplined, have good communication skills, be a good listener and able to follow a plan to generate results for company. Should be out going, personable, friendly and have a sense of humor. Must be dedicated to help people reach their goals.

Responsibilities include: Making regular recruiting calls to potential agents, post job openings, assist in giving presentations, following up with candidates, networking and meeting with potential recruits. Assist with retention of existing associates, be tech savvy to understand our tools we offer and help teach new and existing agents how to use those tools.

Assist in planning events to bring existing agents together
