Charley Toppino and Sons is the largest Heavy Civil Contracting company in the Florida Keys. We perform work from Key Largo to Key West. We are in search of qualified and experienced Project Mangers who exhibit the following skills;
Good interpersonal and supervisory skills.
Direct Crews and Equipment and keep time logs.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Communicate with various Govermental Agencies and Inspectors and have a solid grasp of building compliance and safety regulations.
Excellent analytical skills in examining Construction Documents and Budgets.
Prepare reports on the projects in a timely manner.
Ability to work under pressure and run multiple jobs.
Decision-making skills.
Knowledge of the best HR practices.
Knowledge of basic accounting procedures including making financial projections.
Technologically Proficient in Industry Standard Softwares.

Pay: $125,000.00 – $150,000.00 per year
