We are looking for a reliable and personable Real Estate/Personal Assistant to assist one of our top producers! In this role, you will provide essential support by managing a variety of tasks including answering phone calls, handling DocuSign documents, scheduling appointments, and running errands as needed.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks effectively. You should be tech-savvy with solid computer skills, able to quickly learn new software, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Must Be Professional, Organized, Detail Oriented, Efficient, Computer Literate (Microsoft Office, Google etc.) including Microsoft Excel.
Qualifications:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must have high school diploma or GED
- Real estate experience is a plus
Schedule is flexible but working hours must be during the day and seldom nights and weekend requests (not typical but could be required). Some in office work and some remote/work from home.
