Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Part-Time Accountant to join our team at Temple Terrace Golf & Country Club. The ideal candidate will have experience in accounting and be proficient with QuickBooks. This position is perfect for someone looking to balance flexibility with professional responsibilities in a dynamic and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities:

– Manage accounts payable and receivable.

– Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks.

– Assist with payroll processing and ensure timely payments.

– Prepare monthly financial reports and reconcile bank statements.

– Support budgeting and forecasting activities.

– Collaborate with management to ensure compliance with financial regulations.

– Provide general accounting support as needed.

Qualifications:

– Proven experience in accounting or bookkeeping, preferably in a club or hospitality setting.

– Proficiency in QuickBooks is required.

– Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

– Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.

– Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

– Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field (preferred, but not required).
