We are looking for an Administrative Assistant who’s ready to take the next step in their career. Duties will include, but are not limited to: typing, filing, client relations, maintaining client contact information database, generate social media postings, create company promotional materials, maintaining online listing databases and website, generating email campaigns, researching property information, etc.

Responsibilities

  • Answer phones and direct calls
  • Day to day administrative operations
  • Maintain client contact information database
  • Generate social media postings
  • Create company promotional materials using Canva
  • Maintain online listing databases
  • Generate email campaigns
  • Research property information

Skills

  • Must be skillful in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Type at least 45 wpm
  • Must be adept in handling all types of social media including Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, etc.
  • Must have a strong working knowledge of computers and programs such as WordPress and Adobe
  • Energy and strong communication skills are vital
  • An interest in Real Estate is a plus
  • In-office work servicing the greater Tampa Bay region with an office in St. Petersburg

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 – $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
