Summary
We are seeking a Commercial Property Manager to join our team. This role is essential in overseeing the management of commercial properties, ensuring they operate smoothly while maximizing value for our clients. Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of commercial properties, ensuring compliance with legal standards.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with tenants and stakeholders.
- Oversee some leasing agreements, renewals, and negotiations to optimize occupancy rates.
- Coordinate maintenance and facilities management activities to ensure properties are well-maintained.
- Assist in budgeting and financial reporting related to property management.
- Provide exceptional customer service to tenants, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
- Handle conflict resolution between tenants and address any issues that arise promptly and professionally.
- Help Maintain accurate records of property operations, leases and financial transactions.
- Utilize property management software to track maintenance request and tenant communications.
Requirements
- Proven experience in commercial property management or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of real estate.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on achieving favorable outcomes.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills.
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

Pay: $71,500.00 – $76,500.00 per year
