Multi-Site Property Manager – BC Tampa Properties (Tampa Bay Area)

BC Tampa Properties is seeking a Multi-Site Property Manager to oversee our growing portfolio of residential communities across the Tampa Bay area — from iconic waterfront apartments on Davis Islands to centrally located rentals in Wellswood and South Tampa.
As a key player on our team, you’ll balance big-picture strategy with hands-on problem-solving. We’re looking for someone who knows how to lead with both efficiency and heart.
What You’ll Do:
- Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple residential sites
- Lead and support on-site teams (maintenance, leasing, vendors)
- Manage leasing, renewals, move-ins/outs, and resident relations
- Track and improve occupancy, retention, and NCF
- Ensure properties meet high standards of appearance, safety, and compliance
- Collaborate with ownership on capital improvements and long-term planning
What You Bring:
- 3+ years in residential property management (multi-site a plus)
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in property management software (Yardi, RentCafe)
- Ability to drive between properties (mileage reimbursement provided)
- High accountability and a solutions-first mindset

Pay: $58,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
