I am seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to work directly for me, supporting my personal and business needs by managing a diverse range of tasks.
Responsibilities will involve obtaining contractor quotes (e.g., for plumbing repairs, painting, installations), scheduling appointments, and overseeing administrative needs. I currently have a task list of about 100 items that need completing. ahhhhh!
Key Requirements:
Local to St. Pete, FL
Excellent communication skills, proficient in texting and Slack
Available for in-person meetings once weekly at downtown St. Petersburg office (200 Central Ave, Industrious)
Must have reliable transportation.
Must be willing to operate and work during daytime hours from 9am-6pm, Monday to Friday, but not full time. Can work on own flex time during daytime business hours. Monday-Friday. No weekends.
Experience in real estate or construction to assist with property-related projects helps.
This is a part-time, flexible role with competitive compensation.
