We are seeking a dedicated and professional Receptionist to join our team. Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome clients as they arrive, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Answer phone calls promptly and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
  • Handle client and staff inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times.

Experience

  • Previous experience as a receptionist in a law firm preferred.
  • Experience in customer support or as a personal assistant is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
