New Patient Social Media Coordinator

We are growing-and we’re looking for a creative and motivated New Patient Social Media Coordinator to help us share our story and bring more smiles through our doors.
Position Overview:
The New Patient Social Media Coordinator is responsible for capturing and creating engaging content to grow our online presence and attract new patients. This role also supports our front office team when needed, ensuring a smooth patient experience from first contact to follow-up.
Key Responsibilities:
– Create content (videos, reels, photos) for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
– Capture patient stories, testimonials, and behind-the-scenes footage (with consent)
– Design social media posts using Canva
– Track and encourage Google reviews from patients
– Monitor engagement and post performance
– Assist with phones, patient check-in, and scheduling as needed
Qualifications:
– 1-2 years experience in a dental office required
– Experience managing social media platforms (IG, FB, TikTok)
– Proficient in Canva or similar design tools
– Friendly, organized, and confident when interacting with patients and staff- —
-Comfortable using a smartphone or camera for content creation
– Must be reliable and thrive in a fast-paced team environment

– Do you have experience encouraging or managing online reviews such as Google reviews?
