Job Summary:

The Club Director is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of community amenities, ensuring exceptional service delivery aligned with Arch Amenities Group (AAG) values and standards of excellence. This role leads a team to maintain facility excellence, provide superior resident experiences, and ensure operational efficiency across all amenity spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all facility operations and staff performance consistently meet AAG values and service standards.
  • Manage administrative functions, including new hire paperwork, payroll processing, and employee scheduling, promptly and accurately.
  • Lead team training, including orientation, ongoing guidance, and performance feedback to foster a high-performing team.
  • Conduct employee evaluations and make recommendations on hiring, promotions, disciplinary actions, and terminations to the Regional Director.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the community clubhouse and amenities to include a resort pool, fitness center, grab and go cafe and sports courts.
  • Assists in developing a comprehensive standard facility operation manual, including written policies and procedures for all facility services, administration, and maintenance.
  • Develops monthly client reports using approved AAG template.
  • Identifies, evaluates, and resolves problems or concerns from staff members and residents in a timely manner, utilizing innovative ideas and sound judgment.
  • Perform daily inspections to ensure the facility is clean, safe and operational.
  • Utilize property management and operational software efficiently to support daily functions.
  • Welcome and acknowledge all residents and guests professionally, adhering to company hospitality standards.
  • Respond to resident requests, phone calls, and concerns swiftly and courteously.
  • Monitor and secure amenities and common areas to ensure safety and comfort.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in amenity, lifestyle, or facility management, preferably in luxury residential or hospitality settings.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication abilities.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards.
