Recruiter is working exclusively with client in identifying candidates for two Call Center Trainer roles. In this role you will train clinicians, nurses, physicians, pharmacists, behavioral health professionals, and other medical personnel on such subjects as medical claims, health insurance, and managed care. This is a full-time contract opportunity with much of the training begin delivered at a local facility and the remainder requiring travel. In this role you will attend an initial train-the-trainer (T3) session that will extend over a 2-3 week period of time.
Experience Required:
- 5+ years of experience as a Trainer/Facilitator with a focus on adult learning
- Experience in training for Call Centers
- Experience in managed care, medical claims processing, or health insurance
- Must be flexible yet assertive, and comfortable being decisive
Nice to have:
- Insurance or TPA (3rd party administrator) experience
Start Date: June
Duration: 6 months
Location: Mostly onsite in one of the locations listed below with 30-50% travel to various locations. Seeking candidates local to Tampa, FL, Southern California, Houston, TX, or Nashville, TN. Travel expenses will be reimbursed.
