Summary
The Community Outreach Specialist is responsible for building strong relationships with community partners, driving member growth and retention, and representing Community Medical Group’s mission and C.A.R.E. standards in the community. Plans and manages outreach initiatives and events, collaborates with local partners and internal teams, and helps patients and community members have a smooth and positive experience.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute outreach strategies to support member growth and retention.
- Build and maintain partnerships with local organizations, brokers, and community groups.
- Plan and attend health fairs, enrollment drives, and community events to promote CMG services.
- Track and report outreach performance metrics (leads, enrollments, and event ROI) in Salesforce.
- Collaborate with Marketing and clinic teams to ensure seamless outreach coordination.
Qualifications
Education/Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in healthcare or community outreach.
- Proven success meeting outreach or enrollment targets.
Key Skills
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.
- Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Excellent organization and project management skills.
- Knowledge of Medicare, Marketplace, and local community resources.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work independently in the field.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 – $50,000.00 per year
