About the Role
We’re looking for a skilled and dependable General Contractor to join our team.
From build-outs and office improvements to residential painting and upgrades, and new construction, you’ll help bring our vision to life—project by project.
This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, communicates well, and can manage a wide range of tasks from start to finish. Whether you’re looking for full-time consistency or part-time flexibility, we’re open to finding the right long-term fit.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and execute general construction projects (commercial & residential)
- Perform or oversee tasks including framing, drywall, flooring, painting, light plumbing, finish carpentry, and more
- Coordinate with vendors, inspectors, and internal team members
- Ensure work is completed on time, on budget, and up to code
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional job site
- Communicate progress and needs clearly and consistently
Qualifications
- Valid Florida General Contractor License (Required)
- 5+ years of hands-on construction experience
- Experience managing both commercial and residential projects preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and problem-solve on the fly
- Must have reliable transportation and basic tools
- Must be able to pass a background check
