Terra Management Services, LLC, a community association management firm, seeks a detail oriented, organized person for the full-time position of Executive Assistant/Administrative Supervisor at its Tampa (Carrollwood) Florida office. The position will provide daily support to the Vice President of Operations, supervise the company’s 5-person admin staff, and ensure that the office’s workflow and administrative functions are properly attended to.

Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent, with previous administrative experience. Must be strong in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), have strong math, writing, grammar and speaking skills and a pleasant telephone disposition. Must quickly learn the company’s association management Vantaca software as well as our interactive VIOP phone system. Must have reliable transportation.
