We’re looking for an Accounting Specialist who shares that philosophy. Someone who takes genuine pride in their craft. This role is ideal for a hands-on accounting professional who is fluent in QuickBooks Online, confident in Excel, and comfortable managing complexity. You’ll join a team that values integrity and intellect over speed and noise, and a firm that chooses depth over volume, always.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the firm’s migration from Accounting Creative Solutions (ACS) to QuickBooks Online, establishing a clean, consistent framework for ongoing reporting.
- Manage and reconcile multiple entities with precision and foresight.
- Prepare monthly financial statements, adjusting entries, and supporting schedules that stand up to scrutiny.
- Identify discrepancies, research their source, and resolve them .
- Update cash forecasts and Excel-based analyses, informing strategy.
- Review bookkeeping work for accuracy and completeness.
- Build repeatable processes that keep our systems, and our standards, high.
What You Bring
- 7+ years of full-cycle accounting experience, in multi-entity environments (required).
- Mastery of QuickBooks Online, including setup, consolidation, and cleanup.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel.
- An instinct for order, accuracy, and accountability.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, Crisp, thoughtful, and calm under pressure.
- Accounting Degree preferred; equivalent experience valued equally.
- CPA not required.
- QuickBooks ProAdvisor certification a plus.

Pay: $30.00 – $38.00 per hour
