Accounts Receivable Specialist- $21-22/hr.
Seeking a skilled AR Specialist to be part of an amazing team in the Tampa area. This position will manage an AR portfolio and work with business client accounts.
Job functions-
- Provide management for an AR portfolio and assist with related monthly reporting.
- Review customer accounts and payment histories to determine credit standings.
- Review outstanding receivables and assist with collecting on past-due accounts.
- Resolve account deductions as needed, such as price errors, allowances, and under or overpayments.
- Maintain account records and reconciliations.
- Work with internal teams and external clients to resolve any issues within the AR process.
- Communicate with clients to ensure proper AR account management for receivables, credit, and collections.
Requirements-
- 1+ year of AR experience
- 1+ year of B2B collections experience
- MS Excel skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 – $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
