We’re looking for a Field Crew Chief who thrives in fast-paced environments, leads by example, and ensures every project meets our high standards of quality and service.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and our production team.
- Conduct site visits, assess project needs, and develop action plans.
- Manage project progress, scheduling, and safety to ensure timely completion.
- Oversee quality control and final walkthroughs with clients.
- Support and mentor technicians, fostering accountability and teamwork.
- Maintain detailed documentation and ensure all project paperwork is completed accurately.
