The Project Manager serves as a key leader, responsible for driving the success of ground-up commercial construction projects from concept through completion. This role requires strong technical expertise, proactive leadership, and a passion for delivering excellence on every build.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full project lifecycle — from preconstruction through closeout — ensuring alignment with client goals, budgets, and timelines.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and cost controls.
- Oversee subcontractor performance, procurement, and workflow coordination.
- Identify and mitigate project risks through proactive planning and communication.
- Provide clear, consistent project updates to internal leadership and clients.
- Ensure all deliverables meet Martin Commercial’s high standards for safety, quality, and craftsmanship.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement across all project teams.
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing ground-up commercial construction projects.
- Experience overseeing mid-size projects ($8M–$15M).
- Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in project management tools and construction technology.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $110,000.00 – $150,000.00 per year
