Alchemy Global Networks: We are a cybersecurity-focused organization partnering with Armis, the leading asset intelligence platform. We are seeking skilled Armis Resident Engineers to lead the deployment, adoption, and ongoing support of the Armis platform within a new customer environment.
Job Summary: As an Armis Resident Engineer, you will serve as the primary technical liaison between Armis and our customer. You will be responsible for deploying the Armis platform, driving adoption, and providing ongoing technical support. This is a hybrid role requiring strong communication, technical expertise, and customer-facing experience.
Work will be mostly remote with potential travel to various state and local agencies within the state of Florida.
Responsibilities:
· Deployment & Integration
· Lead the technical deployment of the Armis platform, including configuration, onboarding, and integration with existing customer infrastructure (e.g., SIEM, CMDB, NAC, EDR).
· Collaborate with customer IT, security teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation and alignment with business objectives.
· Customer Enablement & Adoption
· Drive platform adoption by delivering training, workshops, and best practices tailored to the customer’s environment.
· Develop and maintain documentation, runbooks, and knowledge transfer materials to empower customer teams.
· Ongoing Support & Optimization
· Act as the primary technical point of contact for troubleshooting, issue resolution, and performance tuning.
· Monitor platform health and usage, proactively identifying opportunities for optimization and enhancement.
· Provide feedback to Armis product and engineering teams based on customer experience and feature requests.
· Relationship Management
· Build strong relationships with customer stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor for cybersecurity and asset intelligence.
· Participate in regular status meetings, QBRs, and strategic planning sessions.
Qualifications:
· 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, network engineering, or IT operations
· Hands-on experience with enterprise security tools (SIEM, EDR, NAC, firewalls)
· Strong understanding of network protocols and threat detection
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to work independently in a remote environment
· Expertise with Armis deployment and adoption
· Relevant certifications (CISSP, CEH, CCNP, AWS) are preferred
